Pastor Oscar Navarro

Founding General Overseer

On October 7, 2016, I was told I had terminal cancer, but God had the final word. During a deliverance ministry service the next day, I encountered the power of the Holy Spirit and was healed. In that same moment, I witnessed miracles, deliverance, and the activation of spiritual gifts that forever changed my life and redirected my destiny.

Since then, my life has been devoted to revival, healing, deliverance, salvation, and restoration through the power of Jesus Christ. I carry a vision to see lives transformed, disciples raised, churches established, and revival spread across America and the nations.

I serve with the C3 Revival Movement because of a divine call and vision from God to awaken hearts and lead people back to the Father. I believe revival is not just a moment, but a movement that begins with surrender and obedience to Jesus.

Through ministry, I have witnessed God move in impossible situations, including praying for a man on life support who opened his eyes, spoke, and gave his life to Jesus after doctors had lost hope. These moments remind me that revival happens when God steps into impossible places and changes lives forever.

My passion is to win souls, raise disciples, and leave a legacy that continues to bear fruit for the Kingdom long after my assignment on earth is complete. I believe revival leadership is rooted in servanthood, love, and leading people into their God-given destiny.

Professional Experience: Oscar Navarro holds educational and professional credentials in Law Enforcement with over 20 years as a Federal Agent with DHS, graduating from the Special Agent Academy, Immigration and Customs Academy, Sheriffs Academy, and Correctional Academy. He is a decorated U.S. Army veteran, serving Honorably in units with 82nd Airborne Division, 511 Infantry Regiment, 11th Airborne Division, and 2nd Infantry Division. An ordained Pastor with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry, he is currently working on his Masters Degree in Christian Theology, attending Southern California Seminary.

Pastor Nsikak Udo

General Overseer

I am the Senior Pastor of City of Solution Ministries in Detroit, Michigan, a global ministry with a passion for teaching the timeless truth of the scripture with the mandate to bring souls to the full knowledge of the supernatural power of Jesus our Lord and Savior, with divine healing, miracles, salvation, signs and wonders.

My focus is to equip the saints to love and serve God in truth and in Spirit, helping individuals to discover their spiritual gifts and work in God's victory. I partner with other ministries such as C3 Revival Movement, to point the Saints to the victory that is in Christ Jesus.

Guiding Scripture: Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. - John 14:12

Pastor Dr. Robert Wielenga

General Overseer

My journey with Jesus has been shaped through fire. There was a time when I thought I knew Him, but it was in brokenness, loss, and deep pain that I truly learned what a real relationship with Christ meant. The enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but God met me in the ashes and proved that He is a God who saves, heals, and restores.

In my lowest place, the Holy Spirit found me, renewed me, and taught me true repentance, obedience, and surrender. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). What was meant to destroy me, God used to refine me. I was humbled to my core, but I was also made new.

God is faithful to His promises. He declared, “I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten” (Joel 2:25), and I have seen His restoration with my own eyes. Through His mercy, I now serve as a pastor, leading others to Jesus for salvation, healing, and deliverance.

I am called to help people understand spiritual warfare, not to bring fear, but freedom because “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age” (Ephesians 6:12). My heart is to equip the body of Christ, to see chains broken, lives restored, and people walking in the truth of God’s Word.

My desire is simple: to glorify Jesus, to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and to help others trust God with their whole hearts. I am nothing without Him just a servant, honored to point others to the One who saves.

Guiding Scripture: “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord.” - Zechariah 4:6

Cashmere Wielenga

Director of Outreach

I am passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ through compassionate service and community engagement. God has placed a special burden on my heart for the vulnerable, including the homeless, orphaned children, victims of domestic violence, and at-risk youth. I believe true revival is demonstrated not only through words but through tangible acts of love, compassion, and care. As I serve faithfully with C3 Revival Movement as the Outreach Director, I am dedicated to compassionate outreach, servant leadership, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others.

As a Registered Nurse, I have dedicated my career to caring for the sick, hurting, and underserved. I view nursing as more than a profession; it is a ministry and an opportunity to reflect Christ's compassion to those facing physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. My desire is to use the gifts and skills that God has entrusted to me to bring healing, hope, and encouragement to individuals and families both locally and around the world.

In addition to ministry and healthcare, I am privileged to serve alongside my husband, Dr. Robert Wielenga, in our community. Throughout my career, I have also been blessed with opportunities to lead and participate in hospital fundraising campaigns and community initiatives that have supported healthcare programs and outreach efforts benefiting those in need.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree as I prepare for the next chapter of God's calling on my life. My long-term vision is to combine advanced medical practice with missionary work, bringing healthcare, compassion, and the Gospel to underserved communities worldwide. I am passionate about equipping others to serve, building partnerships that transform lives, and advancing Christ's mission through outreach that impacts communities and nations alike.

I believe that every meal served, every prayer offered, and every life touched is an opportunity to reveal God's love and bring hope where it is needed most. It is a privilege to serve others and to be a small part of what God is doing to transform lives for His glory.

Rabbi Jerry Kudan

Director of Jewish Ministry & Education

I am honored to represent the Jewish tradition and share the teachings and wisdom of the Hebrew Bible (Genesis through Malachi) that form the foundation of the Christian faith. This is where we learn about so many who followed God, even when it was difficult:

Abraham, the first Jew, walked by faith (2 Cor. 5:7) when leaving his homeland and following God into the unknown. Moses courageously stood up to Pharaoh as God's representative, even when he doubted his ability to do so. Elijah boldy declared in the face of his enemies that his God is greater than all else, and Jeremiah delivered a message of warning and correction to the people, even though he thought that he was too young.

These stories teach us that following God can be very challenging at times and often require great personal sacrifices, but it is worth it. We cannot forget that the Lord has plans to prosper us and not to harm us (Jer. 29:11). He will counsel us and guide us along our way (Ps. 32:8), and He can tell us about the great and mighty things that we do not know (Jer. 33:3).

I have certainly found this to be true in my own life. His guidance has led the way for me through many trials and tribulations, and now I enjoy helping others hear and understand the personal guidance that He has for them as well.

I am so grateful for all the ways in which God has brought me insights, clarity, and understanding throughout my life. It is a privilege to assist others with the same process and to be a part of this international movement of God.

Professional Experience: Rabbi Jerry Kudan holds master's degrees in education and Jewish studies, and he received rabbinic ordination from a traditional rabbinic school. Currently, he is working on a PhD that focuses on teaching Bible. He and Abigail founded The Holy Partnership of Jews and Christians, based out of Houston, Texas, to unite both faiths in prayer.

In Psalm 91:15, God says, "I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him." I have witnessed this and many other signs of God in my life and others’ lives countless times, and I want others to know that they can witness the power of God, too. God can heal them in ways that no one else can. As Jeremiah 17:14 says, “Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”

I am grateful to be working with my husband to share the story of the Hebrew Bible, the Old Testament. There is so much wisdom in it, and it adds a whole new dimension of understanding to the New Testament. I also really enjoy practicing a Jewish lifestyle because of the biblical roots and the depth it has added to my life.

My goal is simply to follow the One True God, wherever He leads, and to help others however He sees fit so that they can have all that God has for them - a life of hope, love, peace, and joy. For God's plans are to prosper us, not to harm us, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Professional Experience: Abigail Kudan holds a master's degree in teaching and has a great love of providing academic support for students. She has worked as a teacher and office administrator in a variety of schools and non-profit settings.

Rita Gonzalez

Director of Women's Ministry and Christian Education

I have had a relationship with God throughout my life, but nearly six years ago I experienced a powerful encounter with Him that transformed my heart and changed the direction of my life. In that moment, God brought light where there had been uncertainty, joy where there had been heaviness, and a deep understanding that I was chosen by Him.

My passion is intercession, prophetic encouragement, and teaching God's Word. During prayer, God often speaks to me through Scripture, and I am honored to share those verses as the Holy Spirit leads. I believe God's Word brings healing, transformation, and spiritual growth. I also have a deep love for teaching children and helping them understand God's truth, experience His love, and grow in their faith.

I joined C3 Revival Movement with a desire to see people set free and experience the peace, healing, and freedom found in Jesus Christ. Through this ministry, I have witnessed lives transformed, chains broken, and hearts renewed by the power and presence of God.

My vision is to release the Word of God through the power of the Holy Spirit, transforming lives, establishing biblical values, and activating believers to walk in their God-given authority.

I believe revival begins with a surrendered heart. My prayer is to leave a legacy of unwavering faith, biblical truth, and the joy that comes from walking closely with Jesus.

Director of Women's Ministry and Christian Education

From a young age, I felt the Lord drawing my heart toward Him and giving me a desire to share His love with others. Through seasons of growth, healing, mentorship, and spiritual transformation, God has faithfully revealed His purpose for my life and shown me the power of His grace, freedom, and restoration. These experiences have deepened my faith and strengthened my desire to walk alongside others as they grow in their relationship with Christ.

Today, I am honored to encourage and support others as they encounter God's presence, experience His healing touch, and embrace the freedom and identity found in Him. My passion is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus, experience His transforming love, and step into the fullness of who He created them to be.

My heart is to see lives transformed by the love of Jesus and to help equip believers to live boldly in their faith, carrying His hope, truth, and compassion wherever He leads them.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ who is passionate about prayer, intercession, discipleship, and the transforming power of God’s Word. I found the Lord on my knees in prayer, filled with deep pain. He rescued me from bondage and delivered me into someone who understands her value and authority in Christ. My greatest desire is to know the Lord deeply, walk closely with Him, and help others encounter His love, truth, and freedom.

Having experienced God’s faithfulness through difficult seasons, I am especially passionate about encouraging women who have felt hopeless or discouraged. I believe no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace, and I love helping others discover the healing, purpose, and identity that are found in Christ.

I am fascinated by discipleship and spiritual growth, and love seeing people mature in their relationship with Jesus. I have a heart for prayer and prophecy and am continually amazed by the ways God speaks, leads, restores, and transforms lives.

My prayer is to live wholeheartedly for the Lord, inspire others to trust Him, and build meaningful relationships with believers who love Jesus and desire to see His Kingdom advance. Whether through prayer, encouragement, teaching, or simply walking alongside others, I am committed to pointing people toward the hope, freedom, and abundant life found in Christ Jesus.

Prophet TA Alexander

International Ministry - Canada

I am Prophet Alexander Adjah Torgbor, an ordained prophet, revivalist, and the pioneer of Revival Wells, a revival gathering marked by the move of the Holy Spirit, prophetic worship, healing, intercession, and spiritual awakening. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, my journey into ministry began through a deep encounter with God that transformed my life and awakened me to a divine calling. Through seasons of mentorship, training, prayer, and surrender to the Holy Spirit, the Lord began to shape in me a burden for revival, evangelism, and the awakening of the Church.

Along this journey, God entrusted me with the vision of HisGlorious Church, a mission devoted to raising a glorious and spotless Church prepared for the return of Jesus Christ. My foundation has always been rooted in the Word of God, the ways of God, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14 (AMP) says, “For all who are allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit of God are sons of God,” and this scripture has become a pillar in how I live and minister.

Over the years, God has allowed me to minister through revival meetings, prophetic worship gatherings, online intercession, evangelistic outreach, and missions to nations. I carry a strong passion to see lives transformed by the power and presence of Jesus Christ. Through prophetic worship and prayer, I have witnessed the Holy Spirit bring healing, restoration, deliverance, salvation, and breakthrough to many people across different nations.

One moment that remains deeply significant to me was during an online prayer gathering when a woman overseas testified that chronic pain left her body instantly as we prayed proving once again that distance is never a barrier to the power of God. My heart burns with the vision found in Habakkuk 2:14 (AMP): “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” This same burden for awakening and transformation is what aligned me with C3 Revival Movement, where I continue serving with a desire to see revival spread across churches, cities, and nations through the fire and power of the Holy Spirit.

I have been called by God since childhood, though I did not fully understand it at the time. At the age of ten, while recovering from a severe third degree burn, I experienced a supernatural encounter with the presence of the Lord that forever changed my life. Through the years that followed, God continued to reveal Himself through His guidance, protection, dreams, visions, and the unmistakable work of the Holy Spirit.

My journey has not been without hardship. As a young mother, mother of 6 children I faced challenges that often seemed overwhelming. There were seasons of brokenness, disappointment, uncertainty, and spiritual battles that tested my faith. God has shown me that yet in every trial he was refining me in the fire, sanctifying me and protecting me. What I once viewed as pain, I now recognize as preparation and Gods protection. What felt like delay was often God's process of building strength, character, and dependence upon Him. I have witnessed God's faithfulness throughout my life. He has taught me that true wisdom comes from Him, true provision comes from Him, and true peace is found only in His presence. Through prayer, surrender, and obedience, I have learned that victory is not found in our own strength but in complete dependence upon Christ.

My passion is to help others discover the freedom, healing, and purpose that found in Jesus because it is for everyone. I have a deep desire in mentoring the next generation to become warriors for Christ young people who know God's voice, love His Word, walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, and boldly stand for truth in their generation.

I am grateful for every way the Lord has guided, strengthened, and transformed my life. It is an honor to serve alongside believers around the world through C3 Revival Movement and to be part of what God is doing to awaken hearts, strengthen families, and advance His Kingdom.

Professional Experience: I serve as a Healthcare Administrator and hold a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and will soon graduate as a Registered Nurse. My long-term goal is to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and use both healthcare and ministry to serve underserved communities throughout the nations. I believe God has called me to bring not only physical care but also hope, compassion, and the love of Christ to those who need it most.

Director of Youth Ministry

I have the privilege of serving as a Worship Leader and Youth Leader with C3 Revival Movement. From a young age, I knew that God had a calling on my life. At just seven years old, I felt His invitation to serve Him, but it was during my middle school years that I began to truly trust His voice, His promises, and His plans for my life. Throughout my journey, God has continually reminded me that I am called to be a light, reflecting His love and truth to those around me.

My passion is to see young people encounter the transforming power of the Holy Spirit and discover their God-given identity and purpose. I believe that revival begins when hearts are fully surrendered to Jesus, and my desire is to ignite a fire within this generation that compels them to pursue God wholeheartedly and share His love with others. Whether through worship, mentorship, evangelism, or simply walking alongside someone in their faith journey, I strive to encourage others to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.

Serving with C3 Revival Movement has strengthened my faith and challenged me to step boldly into the calling God has placed on my life. Through obedience and a willingness to be used by Him, I have witnessed how God can work through ordinary people to bring hope, encouragement, and transformation to others.

My prayer is to leave a legacy of love, compassion, and belonging; one that inspires others to know they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God. I hope to plant seeds of faith that continue to grow, multiply, and impact generations for the Kingdom of God.

Guiding Scripture: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” - Psalm 119:105. I believe that when we trust God's leading, walk in the Spirit, and surrender our lives to Him, He will faithfully direct our steps and use us for His glory.
